The Company's legacy is one of fully integrated agribusiness operations. Today, the company cultivates sugar and coffee on the islands of Maui and Kauai, respectively, and additionally owns a number of related service companies to support these operations.

HC&S

Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company ("HC&S") cultivates raw and specialty sugars, and molasses, on nearly 36,000 acres in central Maui using state-of-the-art agronomy practices to drive production in our fields, among the highest yielding in the world. HC&S produces premium raw sugar products that are marketed worldwide under the Maui Brand name. In addition to its extensive sugar operations, HC&S generates and sells electricity to the county of Maui in Hawaii. Power is generated though HC&S' hydroelectric and cogeneration facilities. These facilities use sustainable alternative energy practices to power our sugar processing plant, while also serving the needs of our local communities.

Kauai Coffee Company

Kauai Coffee Company is the country's largest estate coffee grower, with over 3,000 acres under cultivation along Kauai's sunny south shores. Established in 1987 on legacy sugar lands, Kauai Coffee produces an intoxicating array of coffees, products of Hawaii's fertile earth, cool tradewinds and abundant mountain rain. From our premium Estate Reserve to our flavored assortment of coffee blends, we capture the warmth of the Hawaiian sun in every cup.

Kauai Commercial Company

Kauai Commercial Company is a general freight and construction services company founded over 100 years ago to support the agricultural interests on Kauai. Originally formed as the Kauai Railway Company to haul sugar between plantations and ports, today Kauai Commercial offers warehousing and moving services to residents throughout Hawaii, proving that "our experience makes the difference."

Maui Brand Natural Cane Sugars are produced by our Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company and are the product of over 130 years of experience, technology and craftsmanship.
